Allium Schubertii

I first brought these to a farmers market as was dazzled by their beauty, but terrified someone was going to ask me what they were, so I made up a little rhyme to remember the name. ‘Scuba bear goes to tea with an eye’. It’s close, and I’ve never forgotten it, and now you won’t either. 

A dazzling, dazzling allium. Huge blooms on shorter 14” stems.
And a reliable perennial, plant it where you want to see it every year. They also dry beautifully- an arrangement all year long.
